Role:

As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in freight transportation and warehousing . This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential — ideal for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, online outreach, and networking Present All Freight's services ( FTL, LTL, warehousing, cross-docking, transloading, storage, etc. ) to potential clients Build strong relationships with shippers, brokers, and manufacturers Negotiate pricing and service terms with new accounts Collaborate with our dispatch, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure service success Track pipeline progress and report sales activity

Requirements:

Previous experience in freight, transportation, or warehousing sales preferred Strong understanding of the California freight and warehousing market a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Access to a computer and phone to perform outreach
