We sell and install roofing, James Hardie siding, windows, gutters, and exterior remodels. We run the company on three values: Radical transparency. No lying, ever, to homeowners, partners, or each other. We treat every home like our own, whether the job makes us money or not. If it's not right, it's not done. We're early, and that's the opportunity. You'll get in on the ground floor and grow with the company. What You'll Do Generate your own leads through door knocking, referrals, real estate offices, networking, and job-site neighbor outreach Run in-home appointments, inspect and measure homes, and present options to homeowners Build estimates and close retail roofing, siding, window, and exterior jobs Stay the homeowner's main point of contact from signed contract to final walkthrough

Optional:

Manage production on your own jobs for an additional flat fee per job How You Get Paid 10% of all revenue you sell Paid as the money comes in. Every time a customer payment on your job is deposited (deposit, progress payment, final payment), you earn 10% of that amount Paid twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of the month No cap on earnings Flat-fee production pay available on top of commission for managing production on your own jobs What We're Looking For Self-motivated and comfortable generating your own leads Honest, coachable, and good with homeowners Roofing, siding, or home improvement sales experience preferred, but not required for the right person Comfortable on a ladder and able to inspect roofs when needed Reliable vehicle, smartphone, and valid driver's license ( not provided by the company ) Must live in or near the Upstate SC area Why Join Us Flexible schedule.
