Full-Time Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with new and existing clients, and promoting our range of textile products to meet or exceed revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients including manufacturers, designers, wholesalers, and retailers in the textile and fashion industries.
- Promote and sell a variety of textile products such as fabrics, yarns, home textiles, or technical textiles.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product samples.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Assist senior sales staff in preparing quotes, proposals, and client presentations
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide basic product information to customers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system
- Follow up on sales leads through phone calls, emails, or social media outreach
- Support trade shows, promotional events, or customer visits as required
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Learn and apply company sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer service standards
