Sales experience preferred. Home service industry experience is a plus.

Vivid Services is a growing home exterior cleaning company specializing in residential & commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, screen repair, roof washing, and soft washing. We're expanding and looking for a motivated sales professional to help grow our residential and commercial client base throughout the DFW area.

What You'll Do:

Generate residential and commercial leads throughout the DFW area Cold call local businesses and property managers Perform social media outreach and customer follow-up Meet with homeowners and businesses for in-person quotes and walkthroughs Upsell and cross-sell all company services including: Window Cleaning Screen Repair Pressure Washing Surface Cleaning Gutter Cleaning Roof Washing Soft Washing Use our CRM software to manage leads, estimates, and customer communication Build long-term customer relationships and recurring maintenance accounts Provide professional, respectful, and confident communication with customers

What You Bring:

Pay Structure:

This position offers an hourly base pay of $18-$22/hr depending on experience, plus commissions and monthly performance bonuses. Sales representatives will have the opportunity to earn additional income through closed jobs, recurring maintenance accounts, upsells, and commercial contract growth opportunities. As the company continues expanding into larger residential and commercial projects, strong performers will have opportunities for advancement into Sales Leader and additional leadership roles.
