The Adventure Sales Specialist is the linchpin between our world-class adventure offerings and the customers and partners we serve. You expand our reach, build meaningful relationships, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence. You are the voice, face, and energy of the brand—driving sales, strengthening partnerships, and elevating the guest experience. What Makes Someone Successful in

Take initiative, manage projects, and collaborate effectively. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Management Identify, onboard, and expand affiliate partnerships. Maintain relationships to maximize mutual value. Collaborate with affiliates on sales-driving strategies. Produce and distribute a monthly affiliate newsletter. Sales & Customer Service Monitor and coach phone sales performance. Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and partners. Manage after-hours calls/messages to ensure timely responses. Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and solutions focus. Product Knowledge & Content Management Maintain mastery of all products, machines, and services. Update FAQs and customer-facing information. Manage and update business listings (Google My Business, Apple Maps, etc.). Oversee OTA listings to ensure accuracy and compelling content. Operational Coordination Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Manage corporate, affiliate, and influencer bookings. Qualifications Experience Background in sales, customer service, or affiliate management preferred. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. CRM proficiency and comfort with digital tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge Adventure tourism experience is a plus. Understanding of digital marketing and social platforms is beneficial. Personal Attributes Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about the outdoors. Self-driven with a proactive mindset. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
