About the Role Ipco is seeking a dynamic and bilingual Business Development & Finance Specialist to support both our sales growth and financial operations. This unique dual role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in both client-facing sales and accounting, who can help us expand into Korean-speaking markets while maintaining rigorous financial standards. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the aerospace and defense industry, including Korean-speaking markets Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to engineers and executives Collaborate with internal engineering and program management teams to tailor proposals Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity in CRM software Accounting & Finance Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Perform cost accounting and job cost analysis across active programs Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Korean language fluency (spoken and written) — required 2+ years of experience in sales and/or accounting, preferably in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
