The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and account management strategies. This role requires a blend of outside sales expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and chefs. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads in the restaurant and foodservice sector. Present and promote our product line, highlighting eco-friendly and cost-saving advantages. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability. Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain high customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and customer information using Microsoft software, such as Excel and Word. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, prior experience in the restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality industry (sales or management background preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build trust and close deals with business clients. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple accounts. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client visits. Bilingual (English/Chinese or English/Spanish) is a plus. Preferred Skills Familiarity with restaurant operations and supply chain. Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
