Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door knocking, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with customers to close sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any customer concerns or inquiries
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Manage your own schedule and coordinate appointments with homeowners, insurance adjusters, business owners, and contractors (BE ON TIME)

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical sales experience is a plus
• Ability to walk on tall/steep roofs
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Proficiency with smart phone + pictures
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
