Job Description
We are the official dealer of HELI forklift in California, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Southern California market.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Presenting and demonstrating our products/services to potential customers. Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs. Collaborating with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system. Attending industry events and client meetings as needed. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should bring:
Experience:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in forklift industry.
Education:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated with a hunter mentality; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Other:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance:
Base Salary:
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Total Compensation (OTE): $60,000 - $120,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commissions).
