Salary/Pay Rate:
$45,000 base + 5-8% commission ($90,000
  • $145,000+ total earning potential).
Location:
King George, VA (Hybrid
  • Field and Office).
Job/Employment Type:
Full Time.
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday (Occasional evenings and weekends).
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will serve as a versatile growth engine for a family-owned business, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to project closing. This role empowers you to build a lucrative career through a hybrid of outside sales and strategic business development. You will have the autonomy to cultivate your own referral networks while receiving the support of a team that prioritizes integrity and professional advancement. How You Will Make an Impact Execute on-site consultations with homeowners to assess exterior needs and provide accurate project estimates. Convert inbound leads through rapid response and diligent follow-up using CRM systems to maximize closing rates. Cultivate long-term referral partnerships with realtors, HOAs, and property managers to ensure a consistent project pipeline. Upsell complementary exterior services, including siding, gutters, and windows, to increase total project value. Represent the company values of accountability and quality craftsmanship during community networking and industry events. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless project handoffs and exceptional customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close high-value residential contracts. Strong communication and relationship-building skills necessary for field-based business development. Self-motivated and organized approach to maintaining accurate records within a CRM environment. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally throughout the King George area. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous sales experience specifically within the construction, roofing, or home services industries. Demonstrated success in building referral pipelines through insurance agents or property managers. Advanced knowledge of residential exterior systems including roofing, siding, and windows. Compensation & Benefits Competitive $45,000 annual base salary plus uncapped 5-8% commission. $600 monthly vehicle allowance provided to support field-based sales activities. Comprehensive paid time off including vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Bi-weekly pay cycle with significant performance-based earning potential.
