Summary At OnePointe Solutions, the ideal outbound rep is a relationship-builder who thrives on being in the field. You'll spend significant time visiting clients, fostering trust, and driving sales through personal connections. You are detail-oriented, goal-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement with an entrepreneurial spirit. This role requires mental toughness, integrity, and accountability while delivering exceptional service and value to clients. Duties & Responsibilities Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Sell OnePointe Solutions products and services to targeted industries. Meet sales targets, quotas, and KPIs. Provide feedback to optimize sales strategies. Represent OnePointe Solutions professionally at client sites and industry events. Required Skills & Abilities Exceptional sales and negotiation skills. Organized with attention to detail. Ability to follow up consistently and maintain accurate records. Outstanding verbal and written communication. Excellent customer service skills. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Experience in lab furniture and equipment industry preferred. Familiarity with estimating software (BlueBeam, Excel, Word). Strong business development and analytical skills. Physical Requirements Frequent travel (up to 50%). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
