Sales / Marketing / Media Leadership What This Role Is You will spend daily, hands-on time in our CRM making outbound calls, following up on inbound leads, converting conversations into closed revenue, AND building the systems that scale sales performance—while actively stewarding relationships and protecting the JOYInc. culture. This role is intentionally broad and high-accountability. If you are looking for a narrow, task-only sales job—or prefer structure handed to you—this is not the right fit. What You Will OwnSales & Revenue Generation (Primary Accountability) Execute daily CRM activity : outbound calls, inbound lead follow-up, scheduled follow-through Convert conversations into qualified opportunities and closed sales Own the sales pipeline from first contact through close Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and reporting Meet activity and performance expectations tied to revenue outcomes Relationship Development Build and steward strong relationships with customers, partners, referrals, and community stakeholders Create trust-based, long-term business relationships aligned with JOYInc.'s mission Ensure proactive, JOY-filled customer communication and follow-up Marketing & Systems Development Collaborate with leadership and agency partners on marketing and advertising strategy Help design and refine sales and marketing systems that turn attention into revenue Track pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign performance with clarity and ownership Support early-stage sales processes and help build scalable future systems Brand & Experience Stewardship Protect and execute JOYInc.'s brand voice across content, social, and media Ensure consistent, high-integrity customer experience at every touchpoint Leadership Expectations Live and model JOYInc.'s values, philosophies, and culture Practice extreme ownership, follow-through, and clear communication Lead through influence, service, and results—not title Participate in LifeLeadership™ and FeedForward™ conversations Prepare to step into future leadership over Sales, Marketing, or Media Who This Role Is For You will thrive in this role if you: Are a sales professional who enjoys daily execution and relationship-building Are comfortable on the phone and confident converting conversations into outcomes Think strategically and execute consistently Want responsibility and accountability—not micromanagement Care deeply about people, trust, systems, and long-term impact Are motivated by growth, results, and leadership development Bottom Line This role requires someone who sells , builds systems , and owns results —while doing business with integrity, clarity, and JOY.
