Sales Representative School Photography

New England Sports & School Photo is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to help grow our school photography division. This role focuses on building relationships with schools, administrators, PTOs, and other decision-makers to book school picture day accounts. We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable with phone and email outreach, and confident following opportunities from first contact through booking.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to schools, administrators, and decision-makers Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow up on leads and sales opportunities Present our services, pricing, and company benefits clearly Help secure school picture day bookings and contracts Track outreach, follow-ups, and account activity Work closely with ownership to grow new business

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with phone calls, email outreach, and follow-up Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience with schools, photography, or service-based sales is a plus

Compensation:

$24

• 28 per hour , based on experience Commission on new school accounts Strong earning potential for someone who can build relationships and close business
