Full Job Description Sales Representative Duties:

• Conduct sales activities to promote and sell products or services to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activity

Requirements:

• Floral knowledge
• Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service is an asset
