Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Project Manager who can meet with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and guide customers through the entire sales and project process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-driven, comfortable working in the field, and wants to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior systems Identify damage and recommend appropriate solutions Prepare and present estimates for roofing, gutters, siding, soffit, and fascia projects Close sales and manage customer relationships Coordinate projects from contract to completion Communicate with crews and ensure quality control Assist homeowners with insurance claims (if applicable)

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Sales experience (roofing or construction preferred, but not required) Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Organized and able to manage multiple projects
