About Us:
At Homewatch CareGivers of West Hollywood (HWCG Weho), our mission is to provide superior quality home care services which preserve dignity, independence, and safety for our clients; to create a compelling employment opportunity for our employees; and to be a trusted partner within the healthcare continuum. We build individualized care plans that fit the needs of our clients, providing them the best support. Our caregivers are trained beyond the norm to provide elevated service and we ensure a great fit between clients and caregivers. As part of a large network of caregiving agencies, we offer our caregivers access to training, growth, and development.Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with potential clients and providing them with exceptional service. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to care delivery. You will work remotely, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to our mission of high-quality home care services.Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients through various channels, showcasing the quality and value of our home care services. Conduct needs assessments to tailor care solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as healthcare professionals and community organizations. Track and analyze sales metrics to develop effective strategies for achieving targets. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded during onboarding.Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for customer service. Ability to build relationships with clients and referral sources, demonstrating integrity and genuine care. Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Bonus If You:
Have certifications related to sales or home care. Possess knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and key stakeholders. Are bilingual, particularly in Spanish, to better serve a diverse client base.Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.Location:
You will need to live and work here in the Los Angeles area as you will need to have facetime with potentail clients. There will be a weekly management chek-in, in person.Why You'll Love Working Here:
