Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Experience providing speech and language services in a school environment strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEP development, assessment methods, and therapy documentation Adaptable, compassionate, and collaborative approach to working with children and educators

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student support Monitor student progress, adjust therapy as needed, and maintain thorough records Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and clear communication Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aligned with students' educational goals
