ASAP Job Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coaching Coordinator to support a sales and coaching team during a high-volume period. This role is a mix of outbound appointment setting, administrative work, and customer service. It requires comfort with a high call volume, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established workflows across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities Set sales appointments for the coaching sales team through high-volume outbound calling (approximately 85 calls per day) Work primarily from database leads, including re-engagement and follow-up outreach, along with some inbound web leads Contact individuals who have attended events or purchased other offerings to introduce available coaching services Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal systems Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and daily sales support activities Assist with onboarding new coaches and provide coach support via Slack Respond professionally to inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication Support additional administrative or sales support tasks as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role Comfortable with high outbound call volume and structured appointment-setting work Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple steps across systems Ability to follow established workflows while maintaining accuracy and consistency Motivated self-starter who can manage assigned workload and take on additional responsibilities when available Tools & Technology Salesforce Slack Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
