Life & Health Position Summary:
The Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in driving sales growth by connecting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and coordinating appointments for licensed agents for the Individual Life & Health department. This position serves as the first point of contact in the sales process, helping to build strong client relationships while supporting marketing campaigns and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls as part of targeted marketing and lead-generation campaigns Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate next steps Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments for field agents and internal sales staff Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance metrics and call quotas Accurately enter, update, and maintain client information in the contact management system Provide a positive and professional customer experience in all interactions Collaborate with team members to support sales initiatives and improve processes Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Willingness to obtain applicable state licenses (e.g., Life and Health Insurance) as needed Prior experience in a call center, sales, or customer service environment preferred Ability to quickly learn and apply insurance concepts, products, and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems efficiently Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Hybrid Work Options)
