Schedule & Location Part-Time:
Approximately 26-30 hours weekly Primarily three in-office business days weekly Flexible daytime scheduling available: 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM 9:00 AM
- 3:00 PM 10:00 AM
- 4:00 PM Additional limited remote support hours may occasionally be needed for inbox and workflow support Candidates should reside within approximately 10 miles of Rancho Cordova, CA Preferred nearby areas include: Rancho Cordova Fair Oaks Gold River Folsom Orangevale Sacramento 95825 / 95827 Compensation $26.00

Responsibilities include:
Monitoring and managing company inboxes Routing incoming requests and communications appropriately Entering and organizing information within CRM systems Supporting quotes, documentation, and sales workflows Answering and routing incoming calls professionally Supporting scheduling, calendars, and office organization Assisting with spreadsheets, templates, and documentation Supporting marketing activities, events, and business correspondence Assisting leadership and operational teams with day-to-day execution Helping maintain organization and workflow accountability across the business This position may evolve over time based on initiative, skillset, and business needs.What We're Looking For Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and polished interpersonal presence Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage moving priorities Reliable, proactive, and coachable attitude Comfortable learning new systems and processes Comfortable interacting professionally with clients and vendorsPreferred:
1-3 years of office, customer service, administrative, sales support, or operational experience Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or related educational background Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or administrative platforms Additional Information We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a collaborative, fast-moving business environment while gaining valuable exposure to business operations and sales support functions.
