  • Full-time Arnold's Office / Sunline Office Position Overview Sunline Office is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to support our Dealer Success Managers and help deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This role is essential in ensuring timely communication, accurate pricing and proposals, and efficient order processing. Key Responsibilities Create and review presentations, proposals, and quotes for accuracy Gather product, pricing, and shipping information Develop and manage specialized quotes as needed Support internal coordination and communication with sales and operations teams Assist in ensuring accurate and timely order placement Following up on client leads Participating in the identification of client needs (application, products, services) Developing presentations, primarily PowerPoint Working with the Sales Team, Design, Sourcing, Project Management, Warehouse, and our factories in requesting information to support the overall sales process Communicating with our Vendors (Stateside and Overseas) to ensure we have the most current product literature and items Forging customer relationships that back up the Sales Representative and allows an ease of continual communication Qualifications Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Zoho (or ability to quickly learn) and other business software as necessary Experience in design, project management and/or commercial furniture sales preferred but not required Adept at working with multiple reps who delegate work Proactive, flexible, creative thinking to maneuver sales in a direction that makes customers most happy while maintaining maximum profitability Well organized with great time management and be able to act without guidance Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong with follow-up and the ability to manage activity in a Sales CRM This is full time in office role with option to work remote on Fridays.
