We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to support sales training and commercial launch activities in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities Provide operational and administrative support for sales training initiatives. Maintain accurate training records and generate reports for sales training leadership. Coordinate training schedules, materials, and logistics to ensure successful training sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training initiatives and address any issues. Manage the inventory and distribution of training materials and supplies. Skills Proven experience in a training coordinator or similar role, ideally with a focus on sales training. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and CRM software. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently. Preferred Skills Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on sales training or commercial operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools. Ability to build strong relationships across various teams and departments.
