THE OPPORTUNITY PRO
Transportation is seeking a proven logistics sales professional with client relationships who's ready to hit the ground running and be rewarded for it. You'll step into a role backed by 30 years of trusted carrier relationships, a 25,000+ active carrier network, and a proven execution model that enables you to focus on what you do best: selling and closing. This B2B field sales role centers on establishing and nurturing partnerships with key decision-makers through digital and on-site visits across Western New York and surrounding national markets. PRO offers direct access to ownership, no corporate bureaucracy, and uncapped earning potential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prospect and close new shipping and logistics opportunities Transition and grow an existing national book of business Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans Present transportation and supply chain solutions to clients Partner with operations to ensure service excellence Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and HubSpot CRM documentation Drive consistent revenue growth•meeting and surpassing sales targets across all timeframes
WHAT YOU BRING
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment Experienced B2B outside sales in logistics, freight, or transportation Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or marketing Proven record of exceeding revenue targets Strong negotiation and closing skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM required Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional initiatives Transferable portfolio of client relationships open to a new execution partner
COMPENSATION BASE SALARY
$60,000•$75,000 ( Commensurate with experience & client relationships)
ON-TARGET EARNINGS
$120,000•$175,000+ (Uncapped•accelerators for new business)
COMMISSION
Unlimited Potential (Performance-based•paid monthly)
