Qualifications Basic Qualifications 3+ years experience in outbound BDR or full-cycle sales roles Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Track record of exceeding prospecting activity and conversion targets Preferred Qualifications Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative selling Executive-level storytelling and communication skills Exposure to structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler) Leadership potential and interest in mentoring others (optional)

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
