This is a commission-only sales position with unlimited earning potential and no commission cap . We are looking for someone who has experience in athletics and existing relationships within youth, high school, club, collegiate, or travel sports programs. For over 40 years, Time Out Sportswear has been a trusted provider of custom uniforms, apparel, embroidery, screen printing, and promotional products. We produce all of our sublimated uniforms and apparel through our experienced in-house team and are known for exceptional customer service, quality products, and competitive pricing. Responsibilities Develop new team uniform and apparel accounts Build relationships with coaches, athletic directors, league administrators, and program directors Generate sales of sublimated uniforms and related apparel Prospect new organizations and maintain existing customer relationships Present uniform concepts, apparel options, and product samples Work closely with our in-house art and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction Attend sporting events, tournaments, showcases, and networking opportunities as needed Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships Qualifications Experience in athletics is required Coaching, athletic administration, officiating, collegiate athletics, or competitive playing experience strongly preferred Existing relationships within youth sports, club sports, high school athletics, or collegiate athletics highly desirable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Commission-only position No base salary or hourly pay Highly competitive commission structure No commission cap Unlimited earning potential Flexible schedule Full support from our experienced customer service, art, and production teams Why Join Time Out Sportswear?
