We're looking for a Sales Associate who comes from the field — someone who knows survey equipment, understands workflows, and can speak the client's language from day one. This is a rare opportunity to leverage your technical survey background in a client-facing role without starting over in a new industry. You'll be working with an established book of accounts across Eastern Pennsylvania (Lehigh Valley to Scranton to State College corridor), representing industry-leading survey products for one of the Northeast's most respected survey and construction technology consulting firms.

What You'll Do:

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across your territory Consult with clients on survey, GIS, and construction technology solutions Identify new opportunities within your region and existing account base Partner with senior sales consultants to develop and execute account strategies Provide first-level technical support and product guidance to clients

What We're Looking For:

Background in land surveying, survey technology, GIS, or a related field — field experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Trimble products or similar survey/construction technology a strong plus Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based territory Sales experience is a bonus but NOT required — we'll teach you the sales side
