Job Description
Utah's fastest-growing, privately owned pool builder is hiring an experienced outside sales professional to sell and design custom swimming pools. This role offers the security of a base salary plus uncapped commission — ideal for a driven closer who wants stability and real upside. Most leads are supplied by the company. Compensation $60K base salary + uncapped commission Bonus program for exceeding targets Company truck incentive Top performers have earned $150K+ total in their first year We pay one of the highest commission rates in the industry Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in construction sales (pool industry strongly preferred) 1+ year of proven success in fast-paced, high-ticket sales High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Preferred, Not Required Experience with Pool Studio or Structure Studio design software Six-figure sales track record What We're Looking For A self-starter with integrity who's coachable, works well on a team, and is genuinely committed to customer service. If you're goal-oriented and know how to build trust with clients, we'll train you on the rest. What You'll Do Run in-home Design Consultations, walking customers through the features and value of pool ownership Assess customer needs and design a custom pool using professional design software Deliver a Design Presentation covering company differentiation and the build process Follow up promptly with prospects and complete contract packets for manager approval Be on-site for key milestones — Day of Dig and Day of Shotcrete — to walk customers through progress Build a referral pipeline through outstanding service Why Join Us We're a partner-driven culture, not a typical employer-employee shop.
