We will teach you everything else you need to know. We provide a steady stream of high qualified Leads every week !!! Designer/Sales Rep is full-time, opportunity based on 100% commission. Our reps enjoy the flexibility of setting their own schedule. You will be part of a tight-knit team, while making a great income within a great profession. We have proven systems and processes in place to ensure your success.In-Home Sales Rep Duties & Details:
Prospect incoming leads and follow up on incoming leads to build a relationship with the client and create design that meets budget and needs. Conduct in-home "Design Consultation" where the salesperson meets with customers, takes pictures of the site and yard, takes measurements, draws sketches on a Remarkable tablet and discusses the customers ideas and desires for their backyard space. Conduct in-home "Design Presentation" to present company differentiators and value. Training of our systems/processes is provided. Secure purchase commitment by client. Attend weekly sales meetings. Maintain own appointment schedule. MUST BE a team player. Thrive in commission based environment with uncapped earning potential. Exceed customer expectations by always under promising and over delivering. Build referral relationships Customer service updates with customers throughout process. Participate in marketing/sales events.Requirements:
Honesty, Integrity, Sales Experience, Team Player, Detailed, Determination to work hard, Great customer service skills, Reliable Transportation, and at least two years of proven pool and patio experience.Job Type:
