Raleigh | Greenville | Goldsboro | Kinston Markets Commission Only | Uncapped Earnings Help Expand One of Eastern North Carolina's Leading Countertop Companies Onslow Stoneworks is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Business Development Representative to expand our presence throughout the Raleigh, Greenville, Goldsboro, Kinston, and surrounding markets. This is a territory growth role focused on developing relationships with builders, remodelers, cabinet companies, designers, and other construction industry professionals. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and creating long-term partnerships. About Onslow Stoneworks Onslow Stoneworks is a premier countertop fabrication and installation company serving Eastern North Carolina. We specialize in quartz, granite, quartzite, and natural stone fabrication and installation for residential and commercial projects. With showrooms in Swansboro and New Bern and a growing service footprint across North Carolina, we are actively investing in expanding our contractor and builder partnerships throughout new markets. Responsibilities Develop new builder, contractor, remodeler, cabinet dealer, and designer relationships Generate quoting opportunities and project referrals Conduct in-person sales visits throughout assigned territory Build strategic partnerships within the construction industry Identify and develop new dealer opportunities Attend networking events, home shows, and industry functions Maintain account activity and pipeline management through CRM Serve as the primary point of contact for territory growth Ideal Candidate Previous outside sales experience Existing relationships within the construction industry preferred Experience selling building materials, cabinets, flooring, roofing, windows, lumber, or related products Highly self-motivated and organized Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory Compensation Commission-only structure Uncapped earnings Residual commissions on developed accounts Flexible schedule Territory ownership opportunity Sales and product training provided Marketing and estimating support provided by Onslow Stoneworks What We Provide Established fabrication and installation team Showroom support Samples and marketing materials CRM system Estimating support Project management support Industry-leading customer experience You focus on building relationships and generating opportunities.
