Eagle Creek Floors Territory Sales Representative Position Overview:
Our Territory Sales Representative at Home Legend is an individual contributor who manages client relationships and drives profitable growth for our Eagle Creek Floors brand. This position focuses on new business portfolio expansion, account growth, and serves our clients as a go-to product expert in hard surface flooring.
Responsibilities:
Grows territory sales through new account acquisition and existing account development Builds and maintains long-term relationships with wholesale flooring dealers, distributors, and contractors Acts as a product expert in hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and bamboo flooring Conducts daily in-person sales calls across the Inland Empire territory Manages pipeline, prioritizes high-value opportunities, and executes with strong time discipline Delivers clear communication on pricing, programs, and lead times Leverages market insights to identify and capture growth opportunities
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven B2B sales success (flooring/building materials preferred) Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent time management and territory planning skills Ability to travel daily within the assigned Georgia territory CRM proficiency and strong business communication skills Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to transport samples (up to 50 lbs)
Compensation & Benefits:
