Job Description

Opportunity Details Are you a motivated real estate agent ready to plug into a high-opportunity environment with REAL lead flow, strong systems, and a supportive team culture? We are a fast-growing boutique real estate brokerage and one of the top Zillow Flex teams in Riverside and North San Diego Counties, generating 350-400 inbound leads per month. We are looking for driven, growth-minded agents who are hungry to build a serious business and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. This is not a "join and hope for leads" environment. Our agents are meeting several clients every week and working with a steady flow of opportunities. We are intentionally selective about who joins our team. We do not mass hire. We are building a collaborative culture of like-minded professionals who care deeply about growth, accountability, client experience, and helping each other win. What Makes Our Team Different Consistent high lead flow from Zillow Flex and additional lead sources Independent brokerage with hands-on leadership and support Strong team culture focused on collaboration and growth Real opportunities to meet buyers and sellers weekly Training, accountability, and systems designed to help agents succeed Client-first philosophy focused on delivering a true VIP experience Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is hungry, motivated, and coachable Available at all times during their lead rotation (Mon-Sun bi-weekly) Has strong communication and follow-up skills Willing and able to work a high volume of leads Understands the importance of speed, consistency, and client care Wants to grow within a supportive team environment Has some transaction experience preferred, but newer agents with the right mindset and work ethic will absolutely be considered Responsibilities Respond quickly to inbound leads Available at all times during their lead rotation (Mon-Sun bi-weekly) Build relationships and nurture clients through the sales process Conduct buyer consultations and property showings Maintain consistent communication and follow-up Deliver a high-level client experience from first contact through closing Collaborate with team leadership and agents to continually improve What Success Looks Like Here Meeting several new clients each week Working a consistent pipeline of opportunities Following proven systems and processes Becoming a trusted advisor to your clients Growing personally and professionally alongside a high-performing team If you are looking for a team where culture matters, opportunities are real, and growth is expected — we would love to connect with you. $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
