Job Description
Environmental Equipment Sales & Service is a refuse, recycling, and street maintenance equipment dealer and parts and service supplier serving Ohio, Michigan, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, New York, and Rhode Island. We are the authorized dealer for Heil garbage trucks, Galbreath roll-offs, Schwarze sweepers, and more. In addition, we offer a complete line of new and used garbage trucks, roll-off's and Heil OEM parts. Your role as Truck Sales Representative will be to drive sales of trucks & parts inventory, create unit sales and service sales opportunities with new and existing customers both in house and road calls in the Multi-State territories. This position reports to the VP of Sales; You are expected manage a sales funnel and achieve the set goals and metrics set by the organization along with providing consistent feedback to management. As a growing business, your input is vital to understand how we can better serve our customer base and is integral to the continued success of the dealership. •Please note that this role has a salary base pay range - but is Commissions focused •
Tasks/Responsibilities:
Manages the entire customer base in the multi-state territory. Segmenting the top accounts in the following categories: 1) Municipal 2) Private 3) Key Accounts 4) National Accounts; and developing new markets and customers. Become a product specialist for applicable Environmental Equipment and a trusted advisor for customers. Keeps CRM (Salesforce) up to date with the latest contracts, contracts, opportunities and forecast planning. Deliver new Equipment units and train drivers and operators to ensure best in class delivery. Coordinate Parts and Service events and growth within the customer base. Represent EESS at local, regional, and national trade shows as the Equipment Expert. Work strategically with supplier partners with particular focus on chassis dealers within the territory. Continually grow knowledge of product advancements and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition. Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience & Education:
Required:
a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent plus vocational training or job-related course work.

Valid driver's license & transportation.

Refuse Industry/Environment Preferred:
Customer Service, 5+ years
