This role serves as a key part of Apple Roofing's customer journey by creating clarity, building trust, and ensuring homeowners feel supported throughout the process, all while operating in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review approved insurance scopes with homeowners
Secure signed contracts and authorization documents
Educate homeowners on products, materials, and upgrade options
Communicate project expectations and next steps clearly
Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates
Coordinate with operations and production teams as needed
Deliver a high-quality customer experience remotely
Qualifications:
Strong communication and sales skills
Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
Strong organization and follow-through
Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
