Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management:
- Actively seek out new wholesale clients and develop relationships with existing ones.
- Understand the specific needs and preferences of each client and provide them with personalized tire solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive offers while maximizing profitability.
- Regularly follow up with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Product Knowledge and Education:
- Stay updated on the latest tire products, trends, and technologies.
- Provide clients with detailed information about tire specifications, features, and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of tire options.
Order Processing and Logistics:
Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipment and delivery of tires to clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to ensure adequate stock availability.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales targets.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer feedback.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering assistance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wholesale or retail sales, preferably in the automotive or tire industry. Strong knowledge of tire products, brands, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
