We are a well-established, high-end window covering company (15+ years in business) expanding into a major retail partnership—and we're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant ready to capitalize on a steady flow of qualified leads. This is a unique opportunity combining retail presence + in-home design sales, giving you multiple ways to generate income—with no cold calling required. Why This Role is Different Consistent leads provided through big box retail partnerships High-ticket sales with 10% commission Flexibility in how you manage your day Established brand with proven systems and support What You'll Do Perform in-home consultations: measure, design, and recommend solutions Sell premium window treatments based on functionality + aesthetics Generate and capture leads inside 3 designated home improvement retail stores Interact with customers during peak hours to set in-home appointments Build relationships with store managers and associates Conduct quick product knowledge sessions (PKs) to keep store teams engaged Manage your pipeline and follow-ups (Salesforce experience a plus) Consistently convert leads into closed sales Travel within ~30 miles of 85383 Compensation & Perks $22/hour during training Transition to 10% commission with uncapped earning potential Company Van, iPhone, and iPad provided Paid training + ongoing support Flexible schedule Leads provided (no cold calling) Growth opportunities Flexible hours (30+ hours/week minimum) Rotation across the same 3 retail locations Some weekend availability required Requirements; Window covering/design sales experience Comfortable measuring windows & using ladders Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a closing mindset Ability to work independently and manage your time Valid driver's license + clean driving record Must pass background check Salesforce experience is a plus Who Thrives Here; Confident designers who can guide clients to decisions People who enjoy both retail interaction AND in-home selling Individuals ready to step into a proven system and scale quickly Ready to Earn What You're Worth? .
