We are looking for full-time Window and Door Sales. This position is located on-site and is not available for remote or hybrid work. Essential Functions Promote and sell Company products to customers in compliance with all company pricing policies and instructions, to achieve maximum sales and gross margin rate. Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and report potential claims. Carry out sales and merchandising programs as directed. Learn about customer needs and "upsell" Company products and services. Relay service needs of customer to appropriate Company personnel and follow-up on customer requests. Ability to visit jobsites to help evaluate, measure, or resolve disputes. Recommend changes to the customer as relates to standardization of products. Participate in training sessions, trade shows and sales meetings as requested. Assist in training of new Sales Representatives as directed. Respond to customer requests, explain merchandise features. Provide samples, brochures and other point-of-sale information to customers. Accurately complete all paperwork for sales, special orders and requests. Order appropriate amount of merchandise. Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale. Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest. Greet and interact with customers. Demonstrate and explain merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs. Collect payment using the store point of sale system. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Minimum Education (or substitute experience required): High school graduate or equivalent. At least three years of related experience required. On-the-job training provided.
