In-Person Estimator

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented In-Person Estimator to join our team full-time. This role is critical to our field operations and customer experience. You will be the face of the company during estimates and home assessments, responsible for building trust with clients, identifying additional service opportunities, and producing accurate, detailed project estimates. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, thrives in sales conversations, and understands a wide variety of home service job types. Key Responsibilities Attend the majority of scheduled estimates and home assessments in person Evaluate project scope and draft clear, accurate, and detailed estimates Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services Build strong rapport with homeowners and provide an excellent customer experience Conduct B2B marketing and networking between appointments and job visits Represent the company professionally in the field at all times Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure estimates translate smoothly into completed jobs Goal is to grow to an 8 Figure business What We're Looking For Highly personable and confident speaking with homeowners and business partners Strong sales mindset with the ability to recognize opportunities Experience across a wide variety of home service or field job types Detail-oriented with the ability to clearly scope projects Comfortable working independently in the field Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Enjoys networking and building professional relationships Stay calm under pressure Why This Role Matters This position directly impacts revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and job accuracy.
