Technic is seeking experienced Outside Equipment Salespersons to manage and grow assigned territories. This role focuses on consultative, solution-based selling of custom and automated surface finishing equipment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory sales plans Identify and pursue new business opportunities Maintain strong customer relationships Present and demonstrate equipment solutions Prepare quotations and proposals Coordinate with engineering and service teams Attend trade shows and customer meetings
