Parts Counter Sales

Mary Christman and Gabrielle Maisonet are working with a well‑established service industry client in Schenectady seeking a motivated Parts & Service Sales Associate to join their team! This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, technical problem‑solving, and hands‑on parts coordination.

In this role, you'll be preparing accurate quotations, guiding customers with product knowledge, managing orders from start to finish, and supporting both the sales and technical sides of the business. Experience with hydronic heating systems—radiant, steam, or baseboard—is a huge plus!

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing accurate, detailed quotes for customer requests
• Providing knowledgeable guidance and product information
• Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Responding quickly to customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Organizing, pulling, and packaging orders (parts, fittings, pipes, fixtures, etc.)
• Designing and troubleshooting hydronic heating systems
