Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Job Duties:
Monitor and support sales email communications to ensure timely and effective responses Oversee and maintain key reports, including: Quotes in costing and Orders on hold (Sales) Ensure quote timeliness and accuracy Develop and maintain a structured quote follow-up process Work with Sales to ensure monthly book of business reviews are conducted and documented Handle Sales RMAs and assist with customer issue resolution Monitor customer communication Serve as a resource to answer sales team questions Assist Sales with customer issues Assist with documentation and internal coordination Support project management efforts, including: New large packages and Large quote packages Assist with customer agreements, including LTA structure and recommendations Qualifications Strong Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Adobe) Expedient Note Taking and Writing Skills Must be able to multitask Clear- Professional Speaking Voice Proper Phone Etiquette Clear
Professional Written Emails Negotiating Skills Detail Oriented Self-Starter Strong Organizational Skills Education Required:
