Duties:

You will be responsible for running Service and Maintenance calls for older systems You must be capable of diagnosing residential HVAC systems You will be expected to sell repairs and replacements You will work directly with owners to find new ways to grow the business Your success will largely be measured by Closing Rates and Total Sales Based on closing rates you may have the opportunity to run Cold Calls and tech generated leads

Requirements:

Proven experience in HVAC sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in Service Titan or similar software Strong leadership and team management skills Valid driver's license
