We design:

Complete Bathroom Remodels, Tub and Shower Updates, and help with Aging and Accessibility Solutions for our customers. The role of the Design Consultant/Sales Associate is to meet with Charleston and surrounding areas homeowners in their home and help them design the bathroom of their dreams, or a functional solution to the problems they may have. The Design Consultant will need to live in Charleston area, and be able to drive to in-home consultations within the surrounding area. Sales and product training are provided by the company. Design Consultants are paid a competitive commission, with no commission cap. The Design Consultant must be available Monday through Saturday, and some evening appointments are required. There is no cold calling, all leads are generated through various media sources and appointments are set for the Design Consultant. We are seeking sales professionals who know how to one-call close, as well as capitalize on the reputation we have in the industry. This means transforming our customer's dreams into an actionable plan that leads to additional sales of partial and full bathroom remodels in one visit. This position is vital role of the constant growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Pursuing sales opportunities directly in our customer's homes. Must be trainable to utilize the Re-Bath proven sales techniques.
• Keeping appointments assigned to you through the leads generation system.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals expectations.
• Completing paperwork as required; completing customer quotations, as well as recording sales performance metrics on company systems.
• Travel to/from prospect's homes and the office.

Qualifications:

• You must have relavant sales experience, especially experience with one-call closing, and strong preference will be give to candidates with similar bathroom remodeling or in-home sales/design experience .

Personal drive, determination and desire to succeed when presented with a goal. An optimistic, can-do attitude balanced with reality The ability to work independently in the field with some supervision Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential Experience in the remodel industry Previous sales experience is mandatory. Common sense when it comes to design is also essential. We are seeking highly motivated applicants who want to meet customers needs, and make lots of money.
