In this energetic role, you will drive business growth by engaging with customers, managing territory sales, and providing expert product demonstrations. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand installed product sales within assigned territories. Engage with customers through outside and inside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation activities. Conduct detailed product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of gutters, afterpaints, garage doors, and related products. Manage key accounts and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective account management strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the home improvement or construction industry. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives. Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills to build trust and close deals effectively. Ability to conduct product demos confidently and upsell complementary products or services. Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify new business opportunities. Experience in retail or direct sales environments with a focus on territory or account management is highly desirable.
