Job Description

Tuck & Howell | Family-Owned Since 1969 Full-Time | On-Site You hate when leads slip through cracks. You love clean handoffs, tight follow-ups, and a day where the pipeline actually makes sense. You'll work full-time, onsite at Tuck & Howell (family-owned since 1969 ). We're known for doing the job right the first time, using licensed pros, standing behind our work with strong warranties, and staying solutions-first and ethical. Your Day As A Sales Lead Coordinator You'll be the hub of the sales operation. Leads come in and you instantly know: Who gets it. When it gets worked. And what "done" looks like. You'll route inbound leads to the right rep fast. You'll schedule appointments so customers aren't waiting around. You'll keep the CRM clean so the team isn't guessing. You'll track follow-ups and make sure next steps happen. You'll keep communication tight across sales + ops so nothing stalls.
