Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative specializing in cabinets to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, showcasing our premium cabinetry solutions and building lasting relationships with customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where communication skills and product knowledge can truly shine. Duties Develop and execute sales plans to target residential home builders, general contractors, designers Conduct design consultations using tools like 2020 software to showcase cabinet designs effectively. Build rapport with clients through exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on cabinetry Negotiate pricing, terms, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales Manage account relationships by maintaining regular contact, tracking project progress, and providing ongoing support for maintenance or future upgrades. Stay informed of industry trends Attend networking events usually once a month or more Collaboration with designer, installation teams and management Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales within the cabinetry, remodeling, or construction industries. Strong existing relationships with home builders and general contractors Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to close deals effectively. Knowledge of renovation processes, new construction phasesinterior design concepts, and maintenance practices related to cabinetry projects.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
