Department:
Marketing Role Overview Armada Law is seeking energetic, people-first Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to expand our network of referral partners through in-person outreach and relationship-building. This role combines base salary and commission, with a focus on identifying and cultivating professionals (e.g., medical providers, service-based businesses, local organizations) who are positioned to refer injury clients to Armada Law. As the face of our brand in the community, you'll introduce our services, build trust, and create lasting relationships that generate consistent referrals - not just one-off leads. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify quality partners who consistently send qualified leads, not just one-off contacts. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing, with weekly coordination and operational support from the Client Experience & Marketing Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Referral Partner Outreach Visit local providers, businesses, and service professionals to introduce Armada Law and clearly communicate how to refer injury clients. Build rapport with gatekeepers, owners, and staff to establish a trusted referral channel. Set the foundation for lasting referral relationships - not just one-time contacts. Partner Qualification & Follow-Through Track new partner interest, contact info, and lead activity. Ensure each new partner meets referral criteria (not already in system, able to send qualified leads). Confirm that each referral partner demonstrates alignment and intent to refer injury clients, not just casual interest. Provide warm intros to internal team for follow-up gifting, materials, or onboarding. Internal Reporting & Collaboration Coordinate with the Marketing Ops Manager for visit planning, material drops, and CRM support. Attend periodic check-ins with the Head of Marketing to align on targets and regional outreach. Submit weekly activity logs and updates on referral activity (partner leads, lead quality, conversations). Ensure CRM notes are accurate and updated in coordination with the marketing team Compensation Summary This is a base salary + commission role, with earnings based on referral partner performance.
You will earn:
A one-time bonus for establishing new referral partners Commission per qualified lead and per signed case Bonuses tied to consistent high-volume partners and long-term signed case retention Success Metrics Regular onboarding of new, qualified referral partners. Partners consistently sending 1-5+ qualified leads/month. Leads that result in intakes and signed cases. Clear reporting and attribution tied to your outreach efforts. Ideal Candidate Experience in outside sales, canvassing, field marketing, or grassroots community work Self-starter with strong internal motivation — able to operate independently Confident communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor Comfortable tracking visits and reporting outreach results Tools & Support Provided Branded leave-behinds and referral brochures Target lists and suggested outreach areas CRM tracking assistance (via internal marketing ops support) Weekly check-ins for coaching, materials, and strategy adjustments
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
