Job Description

Salary:
$60,000 + Bonus/Commission Is this your perfect fit? Do you thrive on building new relationships and creating opportunities from the ground up? Are you motivated by hitting revenue goals and closing business in a competitive market? Are you looking for a role where your prospecting efforts directly drive growth and expansion? Are you looking for a role with up to $80,000 in bonus available to earn? If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Actively prospect within the Greenville/Spartanburg market to generate new business opportunities aligned with target client profiles. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic relationship development. Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and position services effectively. Present solutions, prepare proposals, and guide prospects through the decision?making process. Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline movement within the CRM system. Support smooth transition of new clients while collaborating with leadership on complex opportunities.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and generate new opportunities independently Confident presentation and communication skills with executive?level prospects Demonstrated success closing new business and meeting or exceeding revenue goals Organized and disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM usage Resilient, self?motivated mindset with a competitive drive to achieve results The ability to pass a background and credit check
