Job Summary A highly reviewed and growing manufacturing and wholesale plastics supplier in Greenville, SC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for a sales-minded professional who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting account growth, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment. The Inside Sales Representative will receive thorough, organized training and will be supported by leadership that values consistency, product knowledge, and customer service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with sales goals and quotas, enjoys helping customers find the right solutions, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company known for stability, convenience, and a positive workplace reputation. Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by developing strong product knowledge and understanding customer needs.
- Process customer orders accurately using the CRM database.
- Follow up on inbound leads to identify and source new sales opportunities.
- Develop existing accounts by reviewing customer buying history and recommending related or new products.
- Explain product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Support sales growth by meeting established activity, service, and quota expectations. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$22.00 per hour base pay.- Commission earned during temporary employment is paid upon direct hire.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.- Benefits offered once direct hired.
