Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting revenue growth, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Inside Sales Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers, prospects, and internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to business development, customer satisfaction, and sales team success. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales communications with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare quotes, process sales inquiries, and follow up on customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Support account growth by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and coordinating with outside sales or management.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, pricing details, and order information in company systems.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, problem solving, and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborate with production, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: $45,000 to $65,000 per year.
