Full-Time Join the Team at European Granite European Granite is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, personable, detail-oriented, and confident working directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers throughout the countertop selection process. This is an inside sales position based in our showroom in Inman, SC. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can confidently guide customers through product selections while managing estimates, follow-ups, and project details from start to finish. If you enjoy design, home improvement, customer relationships, and helping customers bring projects to life, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Help customers select countertops, sinks, edge profiles, backsplashes, and other project details
• Educate customers on different countertop materials, finishes, and applications
• Create estimates and proposals based on customer needs and project specifications
• Follow up with leads, estimates, and pending projects to help close sales
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers
• Coordinate with scheduling, templating, and installation teams to ensure projects move smoothly
• Maintain accurate customer notes and project information in company systems
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and showroom traffic professionally
• Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final sale
• Work toward sales goals while maintaining an excellent customer experience

Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred ( inside sales, showroom sales, home improvement, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or related industries is a plus ) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer projects at once Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team-player mindset Preferred but

Not Required:

Experience in countertops, granite, quartz, tile, flooring, cabinetry, remodeling, or construction Experience reading measurements, layouts, or basic project drawings Prior CRM, estimating, or project coordination experience Why Work With Us? Pay:
